Like many other global corporations, Scania was facing the challenge of securing a unified brand experience across their digital touchpoints.

Together with a holistic emphasis on maintenance, efficiency, speed, and costs, this resulted in the project Scania Digital Design System aka SDDS.

Together they defined, designed, and developed a enduring and scalable digital design system that should be applied in all Scania's digital touchpoints, with an exception for apps in vehicles.

The first iteration of SDDS was launched at the end of 2020 and is since then launching updates every second period.

SDDS is now the home for Scania Group's digital experiences.
